Municipal Officers Lodge 9 is proud to introduce a productive program to the membership and civilians. Richard Sease has successfully completed the SABRE PSA Instructor Certification Course and will be providing PSA's potentially live saving skills and techniques to the members, their families and any other proactive members of the communities in which our members serve each and every day. Richard Sease served as a law enforcement officer for 45 years and retired as a Sergeant for the University Park Police Department. He has numerous certifications in police and security related training courses as well as public safety training courses for civilians.
Municipal Officers Lodge 9 consist of over 160 members which include active, retired, associates, and business associates. The Lodge provides civilian public safety awareness courses which include CPR, Active Shooter, Safety Awareness for college students and several other seminars. These course are provided to the members at a reduced cost and to the general public. The registration fees are used as a fund raiser for the Lodge and are done on a continuing basis. The Lodge meetings are held every month, except July and August on the second Thursday of the month. We encourage our members to bring at least one new prospect to every meeting. Our ASSOCIATES are civilians, security officers, special police officers, and regular civilians. The BUSINESS ASSOCIATES are business owners from local communities in which our members serve their respective communities.
